However for the majority of people, this fails to be the answer to their waistline problems. You are hyping yourself up for a big dissapointment if you think lower ab exercises is the answer to burn fats.</p>
<p>Many magazines will have lower ab workouts featured that promises to burn off those fats in some unrealistic time frame. Obviously, not everyone will get there using the same amount of time to and chances are you may not be able to get the same results as someone else. This is one of the biggest reasons that individuals don&#8217;t ever reach their goal of losing weight or getting in shape. It&#8217;s important for you to know what these lower ab workouts can, and can&#8217;t, do for you.</p>
<p>First of all, you can not turn fat into muscle. Give your body fewer calories to burn so that it will be forced to burn off those stored fat. You won&#8217;t get that six pack abs body until then. To burn fat, you have to do aerobic and/or cardiovascular training that will burn fat overall. Because there is no one single exercise that can specifically target one area, therefore you have to do consistent body workouts to start burning fats.</p>
<p>Once you have lost the excess, then you can consider which lower ab workouts will give you the results you want in the shortest time possible. Exercises that involves lifting your legs above your body, like reverse crunches or bicycling, will actively engage your lower abdominal muscles.</p>
<p>Any exercise you do should be controlled and focused, so that you are working the muscles you want to improve. In case of pain in your back, you are doing something very wrong. If you feel your muscles in a different part of your body working, again you are doing it wrong. You have to concentrate on your movements and make sure you feel the muscles in your lower abdominal area are engaged in these exercises.</p>
<p>There are many types of lower ab workouts that are designed to teach you control of your movements, as well as your breathing while you work out. Being aware of both is important in achieving the results you want. The quality of the lower ab workouts you do is more important than the number of repetitions you perform. You should never rely on momentum to carry you through an exercise. If you are too tired, or are not advanced enough to get through the move without losing the form, then stop. <p>There are several workouts to buildup your leg muscles. The 3 main muscles in your legs are quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. Exercise like squats are great for building strong and powerful legs.</p>
<p>Placing a weight on a barbell and squatting down with the weight rested on your neck. This is the best technique for you to increase your leg muscle strength.</p>
<p>There are some other exercises for your quadriceps like leg press, leg extensions, dumbbell lunges and dumbbell squat.</p>
<p>The second thing is hamstrings; here also you can find three main methods. Firstly, you can workout with the leg curl machine by lying leg curls your face down on a leg curl machine and lift weight up.</p>
<p>The other two workouts are stiff legged dead lifts and dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts.</p>
<p>The last and third leg muscle group is calves which should also be included with your body building workouts. You can buildup your calves muscle by doing various workouts, that will give you the leaping abilities.</p>
<p>The well known workout for calves are standing calf raises, seated calf raises, leg press calf extensions and standing one legged calf raises. The simple and easiest workout is by standing on your toes and raising yourself with the help of calves muscle.</p>
<p>By applying these exercises in your regular workout will help you build strong legs. You can work your quadriceps into your bicep, triceps and shoulder workout day and place your calves and hamstrings with your back and chest workout day.</p>

How did you do it? You may have been asking him that question after the looking at his perfect abs. Your buddy tells you a lot of things, like diet and abdominal workout. Merely listening to him, you want to do it right away!</p>
<p>&#13;1. He tells you that proper eating is the number one key. While you have a voracious palate on good food, he advises you to cut it off on fattening dishes and focus on healthy foods such as fresh vegetables, protein-enriched and carbohydrates-packed foods. No junk food is even allowed in your diet. He reminds you to have plenty of water in-take. For those days of sweet cravings, moderate eating of fresh fruits and protein drinks and bars is enough to fill in that sweet tooth. But as much as possible, stay away from too much sweets; this will ruin your diet.</p>
<p>&#13;2. He tells you that a cardiovascular exercise and abdominal workout really work. Having the right diet program is not enough. You may have resisting those fattening foods but if you are not training yourself to firm those belly fats hanging, then nothing will ever be achieved. Cardio exercises burns down those unwanted fats; abdominal workout firms up those loose muscles.</p>
<p>&#13;3. He tells you to discipline yourself and change your lifestyle. He said, the body needs time to rest and recharge. Forcing yourself to do all these things at once is not good. Healthy diet regimen should be thought about carefully. You can start making meal plans to follow daily and to be able to come up with really healthy meals. With the cardio exercises and abdominal workout, train yourself to do it on a regular basis. It does not mean doing it everyday; you can start some workouts every other day or at least three times a week, burn fat and firm it up all together.</p>
<p>&#13;While your buddy may want the best for you also to achieve those six-pack abs that men dream of, you should give yourself a little time to think it over. I do not mean that you need to delay your mission to trim you food in-take and firm it up with an abdominal workout. Though you may say that it worked for him, might as well work for you; that is not the case always. Now, let me give you a worthy piece of advice here. If you really envy those six-pack abs and you want to live a healthy lifestyle, the best way to do it is to consult the real experts about it. Getting a six-pack abs is not as simple as your friend is telling you. There is more to dieting and exercising than you know. If you truly want to know the secrets behind that perfect abs, it is still best to follow healthy and reliable programs that can certainly give you the abs you have been dreaming of, without compromising your health and safety.</p>
