This neck workout / exercise doesn’t look very comfortable, but hey what do you have to lose? Just remember, if you do actually try this exercise, I would recommend consulting in a doctor before and if you feel any discomfort at all stop immediately.

Does anybody still have any of this guy’s newsletters? He doesn’t send them out anymore but when he did they were great. I unfortunately deleted mine though. Anybody out there still got theirs?
hell yeah. i would rather do it that way myself if i have the four way or if i joined a gym but i don’t have tha cash to do so. tha neck bridges are great for power but it u fuck up on it u get fucked up u know what i mean?
i use the 4 way neck every other day..i feel like i get more out of it when i do a lighter weight at a high rep that heavy weight at lower rep..does this sound right to you

I imagine this exercise is extremely dangerous unless you really know what you’re doing …but I bet it helps!

Can i do this every day? i want to build a bigger neck for football and dont like haveing to hold weights on my head
