3 Exercise Routines to Have Bigger and Firmer Glutes

Having great looking butts is attractive to look at whether you are looking at men or women.  This is because if you are looking at someone from the back, it is just the butt and the back that makes you say whether the person you are looking at from behind is sexy.  In fact, the fit alone of the jeans has something to do with the shape of your butts.  Most jeans cannot fake but rather follows the shape of your butts such that your butts look saggy if your butts are also saggy.

The growing concern is that both men and women love jeans and yet not too many have that right fit. So to here are 3 exercise routines to have bigger and firmer glutes.

1.  The Step ups – The step ups are much uncomplicated routines and all you need to do is to place one of your foot on a platform or a step and then you push the heel unto the step.  In this routine, remember to keep your knees at most 90 degrees in order to keep it safe from injury.

2.  The long jumps – The long jumps are the elementary routines you know, and in fact, this particular routine is really designed to develop your thighs and glutes.  The rule though is very simple, you need to jump as far as you can jump and then repeat it for at least 10 jumps for two to three times per week.

3.  The One-legged Deadlifts – This routine is the most versatile of the routines since it also works on many parts of your body.  In order to do this you need to take your left leg just back a bit and the weights just in front of the thighs.  Then you need to tip from your hips and then lower the weight as far as your flexibility would allow.  Then keep the back flat or on its natural arch and then keep your abdomen contracted in order to protect your back.  Then squeeze your glute muscles and then rise back up.  Perform the routine for at least two to three sets of eight to twelve repetitions for every set.

Other exercises that can help you firm up your glutes are cycling and step aerobics which are likewise both indoor and outdoor activities that you can enjoy.
